LOGLINE
Samo, a former Olympic champion, Špela, a high schooler, and Meri, a lifelong advocate, each fight to save sign language from extinction.
SYNOPSIS
Samo (42), a former champion with six Olympic champion, now earns minimum wage washing dishes. Špela (15) is about to start high school, but the milestone is uncertain. And then there is Meri, who has dedicated her life to the efforts for the recognition of sign language, a language on the verge of extinction. When all three of their paths collide, they find the will to fight for the preservation of sign language.

After two, long years of relentlessly fighting for the inclusion of sign language as a fundamental right, their efforts have succeeded in getting it added to the Slovenian constitution.
